Updating Your Payment Method
- 1 Go to Settings → Billing
- 2 Click "Update Payment Method"
- 3 Enter new card details securely via Stripe
- 4 Save changes — new card is used from next billing cycle
Upgrade / Downgrade
You can change your plan at any time with immediate effect and prorated billing.
Upgrading Your Plan
- Go to Settings → Billing → Change Plan
- Select your new plan and confirm
- New features unlock immediately
- You're charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the billing period
Downgrading Your Plan
- Go to Settings → Billing → Change Plan
- Select a lower plan
- Downgrade takes effect at the end of current billing period
- You retain full access until then

Inviting Team Members
- 1 Navigate to Settings → Team
- 2 Click "Invite Member" and enter their email address
- 3 Select their role (Admin, Editor, or Viewer)
- 4 They receive an invitation email and can join your workspace
Security & Privacy
Keep your account and data safe with these security features.
Change Password
- Go to Settings → Security
- Enter your current password
- Enter and confirm your new password
- Use a strong password: 12+ chars, mixed case, numbers, symbols
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
- Go to Settings → Security → Enable 2FA
- Scan the QR code with Google Authenticator or Authy
- Enter the 6-digit verification code
- Save your recovery codes in a safe place
Data & Privacy
- All data encrypted at rest (AES-256)
- TLS 1.3 for data in transit
- GDPR & CCPA compliant

- Export or delete your data at any time

View and revoke all active login sessions for your account.

Cancellation & Refunds

How to Cancel Your Subscription
- Go to Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription
- Select your reason (optional — helps us improve)
- Confirm cancellation
- You retain full access until the end of your billing period
